Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging with all tags and accessories included
- Free from stains, odors, or damage not present upon delivery
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, we’ll take care of it immediately — no out‑of‑pocket cost to you.
Non‑Returnable Items
We don’t currently list any product categories as final sale unless explicitly noted on the product page. Should a specific item be marked as non‑returnable, that designation will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@crackerbarreell.online or use the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.

We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees — ever. Simply print the label we provide, securely pack the items, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Refunds
Once your returned package reaches our facility, we inspect it and process your refund within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is issued. The money will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures your replacement ships right away and doesn’t have to wait for the return to be processed.
